I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. I hope Mr. Anderson trained the other staff to be kind and a problem solver thanks for a wonderful stay Mr. Anderson and you will see me again. The 3 bedroom house was.clean and nice very modern and up to date very nice place to stay.

I will definitely be back! The food was great, staff was super helpful, our room was clean and we had a great nature like view. The day party at the pool was so much fun!

we had an absolutely beautiful time at the grand Palladium Lady Hamilton in Jamaica. The beginning was a bit of a rocky start to start. We stood in line for check-in for HOURS, the travel club as nice as it is and as worth it as I think it could be if you have money, I really think there's a better way they could go about it so if you can try to avoid it great if you're interested in learning about it then by all means, go ahead and spend your day with them. We got upgraded to a room because there were several issues that were going on with ours. we had a junior suite Garden view, which the nice thing was as we still had a pretty view of the ocean, but Our air conditioner did not work. The television did not work and did not have a remote to it. The room I'm sorry to say it was not extremely clean and the tub had broken jets in it. It was really disappointing, and we brought it to the attention of managers there and they got our room upgraded which the nice thing was as we ended up being closer to the other couple that we were traveling with, so that also made us feel better, as well. Overall, we had a beautiful time and we were sad to leave, to be honest. Majority of the staff that we were around were extremely sweet and kind and friendly. They made it feel like home. The food everywhere we went was absolutely delicious, and the pool is absolutely to die for. I would definitely go again, but I would also recommend splurging on the more expensive rooms if you can.

The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later.

No complaints or concerns at all about this resort. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Food was excellent and service was top tier!! Highly recommended

They're going through a renovation process and have to wait for the completed project

As a Kingston native, coming home after three years, I must say it was a great experience altogether the pool, the food atmosphere. This is the only hotel I will be staying when I come home to visit.

Breakfast there was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly
