Everyone was engaging from the moment I set foot on the property. The security staff at the property entrance, the reservation staff, the restaurant staff, the room service staff, the lifeguards, the entertainment crew, and everyone I may have missed, were professional, courteous, positive, and friendly. Honestly, I hope they are well compensated!

Staff rude . I went to a early morning meeting and came back at 10 AM and I couldn’t get in the room to even use the bathroom. I was directed to use the restroom somewhere else called Expedia and they were supposed to call me back and I am still waiting

Everything about Sunset at the Palms was outstanding. Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable accommodations and a wonderful private beach. This is a great couples destination.

There was a dead cockroach in the hallway for a good 2 days. The hotel staff were nice but the bar staff were rude often kissing teeth if only tipped a dollar. Amenities were decent by were pictured to be better than actually experienced... like the kids water playground area. Do not sign up for a Welcome package / discounts . They take 3 hours of you time and are generally scammy/not worth it.
