I found out at the end they are a 4 diamond hotel but even with that recognition, they are out of this world when it comes to guest experience. Between pre-trip advice, recognizing me and my family, little surprises to help me celebrate and treating my 6 year old like she was a princess as well, to a seamless check in /checkout the whole experience was phenomenal.
