"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"The hotel was very comfortable. I rented the smallest room, but still had a lovely view over the garden and the canal. The bathroom was spotless with tile walls and floor. Since the hotel has multiple comfortable sitting areas inside and outside in 2 gardens I didn’t miss a larger room. The location was perfect. "Really really good hotel in the perfect location. Yes, you will probably need a map to get to it from S.Angelo vaporetto station however it take less than 10mins to get there The room was very clean with the room service daily. Breakfast was more than enough to start your day well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops and cafes near by. "

"Charming little hotel, clean and very well preserved. Location is great, close enough of Piazza San Marco, but away from the mobs, close to Piazza Giglia and in front of a beautiful basilica you can admire while having breakfast. There is a stop for the vaporetto a couple of blocks from the hotel so that was also very convenient. Breakfast was delicious. Last but not least the staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating."
