"We stay here for a family wedding. My 3 kids and their families and my wife and I stayed here. Super backyard for my grandkids to play. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this sweet spot. It was cozy and comfortable and well-stocked. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. We had everything we need and were close to lots of places. Parking and arrival were easy. On-site laundry was a bonus. Thanks so much!"

"This home was the right size for our three generations of family. The kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools in the kitchen while the adults ate at the large dining room table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waterfall. "

"We loved everything!! Don’t be like me though, read the listing don’t just look at the pictures. We were surprised to find there’s a tenant downstairs, separate unit. When I went back to read the listing it was in there. My bad! But it ended up being fine! Loved the coffee, breakfast items, so thoughtful and the home was everything we needed! Thank you! "

"Due to a last minute change Heath allowed us to have my son’s college graduation party at this house in the afternoon. It worked perfect to stay at and accommodated us perfectly. "

"Found this when when looking for places to stay for my daughter’s orientation at ISU.Location is convenient, literally 1.5 miles from campus. Check in was seamless, the place, while cute and cozy, was equally comfortable and someplace that you wanted to hang out at after a long day. Hosts were wonderful about communicating and gave some great recommendations. I only got to try the Great Plains pizza (very worth it) but they had some other recommendations we would like to come back and try. The...

"Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."
