Com a orientação recebida na confirmação da reserva sobre o local do check in, foi super fácil de localizar, e o hotel fica muito perto da praça pra quem chega de ônibus, e tbm é fácil acesso para a estação de trem. Um pouco desgastante em relação as malas por causa dos degraus, tando no deslocamento como dentro do próprio hotel mas isso é típico de Veneza. "

"I enjoyed the self check in process, very quick and easy. We held onto the key our entire stay and it felt very safe there. While the self check in limits staff exposure, we still stayed in contact with the hotel through out our stay and ran into staff every morning on our way out, he was very friendly and helpful! Room was perfect as a couple, and the bathroom was lovely! Quiet neighborhood as well with charming restaurants and cafes near by."
