"We arrived 7 hours late and at 2AM due to issues with weather for the flight. We were greeted kindly at the front desk by a gentleman who checked us in quickly and even gave us a free room upgrade to a poolside villa . The hotel is beautiful as well as the grounds and every area of the hotel is clean. ..."

"My flight was cancelled on 7/20. I called and spoke to the manager letting him know I would be there on 7/22. When I called them again to confirm I would be there. They said they couldn’t find my reservation. Some how the manager cancelled my reservation. That was fully paid for through Expedia. ..."
