"A bit tired could use a bit of refresh. When I first booked the property the picture showed a walk in shower in on of the bathrooms, not so. I went to Walmart to purchase a tub mat, the tub was very slippery and no grab bars, I’m 78. Overall the property was comfortable and spacious , when family came to visit. The common grounds were well kept , but the pool was not very clean, pool furniture was scarce and the hot tub was nasty, but I’m sure that is an HOA issue ."

"The house was great and clean. It needs a bit of TLC. We only had a problem with the pool pump not working and the jacuzzi not being able work the water was cold. The host was great and answer all my questions. "

"Me and my coworkers went to Yuma for a resource fair at the prison. Before we arrived they checked in with us to see what time we would be arriving and if we needed anything. The whole stay was very relaxing. Everything was higher end and we didn't feel like they went to the dollar store to stock the house. We feel we got a great deal for the price we paid. "

"This is a very new property. It is furnished very beautifully and the decor is perfect, very homey and welcoming. New TVs were in every bedroom and they are smart TVs so you can connect with streaming services.The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The towels were new, full sized and high quality. There was very nice individual bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion!!! "We didn't do much cooking but it was so wonderful to have a full kitchen! Not something you get with a hotel room. All the amenities of home! Very comfortable and convenient location in Yuma. "

"This was a terrific stay we enjoyed everything about it. The condo was clean, cute, well equipped a short walk out the front door to the pool. The complex was near by to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We ordered groceries from walmart picked up the rental car and then picked up the groceries on the way to the condo. So easy. Karen responded to all my questions within minutes and was so nice to deal with I don't think i would consider staying any place else in Yuma. Thanks Karen"
