"The pool was closed due to a glass breakage. The staff were friendly and did their best to address the issue. It would be nice if coffee were offered in the morning, or some other modest compensation for the loss of use of the pool. The restoration of the midcentury building and the courtyard garden is of high quality. "

There is some construction next door but rooms have a sound machine to help with the noise AND earplugs are provided. Excellent location. Street car line right across the street. "Perfect spot in the Garden District. Street car is one block over, it's quiet, the hotel is amazing, the pool, the food, the bar and the staff were great. We would stay again, perfect location to all parts of New Orleans and a great place to return to after a long day of walking the city. Magazine Street is close and great restaurants. "

"On street parking only but there were spots open close to entrance. This is a small boutique style hotel. No front desk or on-site staff. You let yourself in with a code provided in a text prior to arrival. There is a small kitchen area where you can make a pot of coffee if you like. Room was upstairs. It was small with very small bath but was clean and bed was comfortable. Our room had a portable a/c unit which worked well - not sure if that was due to a/c malfunction, or if it is a...
