"酒店新簇舒適。大堂在2樓，但樓下也有職員招待，能讓人休息還幫忙打車打傘。大堂，餐廳以至房務職員態度都很親切。房間設備齊全，空調是個別開關，還提供熨斗。個人覺得廁所鏡上的大圓燈太光，如果能控制獨立關掉更好。酒店樓下馬路邊有上落客停車位，轉角就是地鐵入口，旁邊又又商場營業時可利用裡面的電梯進出地鐵。整體是一次很好的住宿體驗。"

"a little dated, don’t feel like a 5 star hotel, but most staff are very helpful, especially those gentlemen from the concierge team (e.g. Zero, the staff who helped with my bags when i checked in on Thursday and the gentleman in specs from night shift (didn’t get their names sorry). Zhang from security is also very helpful, my friends and i were full of hands with all our stuff for the past few days and he will kindly help to hold the door for us when we get off the cars when we reach. Chinese and western specialities made to order The upgrade I recieved was magnificent , almost a junior suite with 2 bathrooms and wonderful views. Very comfortable bed with pillow menue.
