"The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. "Booked for the Cherry Blossom Festival. No frills but very clean room. Spacious. Good location near a lot of restaurants. Very close to Yeouido Park. Close walk to subway. No bidet tho. Airconditioning and none. Had regulated heating which came up to 27°C which was very hot and uncomfortable at this time of the year - spring. "

"I had a really great stay at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Collection. It is a beautiful five star hotel with a very high standard overall. I stayed on the 19th floor and the view towards the river was stunning. The sunsets were incredible and the city looked just as beautiful at night. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, including two wardrobes and drawers, which made it easy to fully unpack. The staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English, which is important for me as I do...

"入った瞬間にとても良い匂いがして、美術館の様なとっても素敵なフロントでした。 お部屋も綺麗で機能的で文句なしです。 朝食もコムタンスープが凄く美味しくて、全体的ににも魅力的なメニューが沢山でした。 立地的にもソウル駅からタクシーで10分程だったので、何処に行くにも便利でした。 また是非使いたいと思います。"

"地下鉄や空港鉄道からエスカレーターで9番出口を出てすぐにホテルに入れるので、荷物が重くてもお天気が悪くても大丈夫です。周りには飲食店が多く、ホテルロビーにはコンビニも入っています。お部屋は広くて良かったのですが、ベッドが高く、また、柔らかすぎて私には合いませんでした。朝食も1回頂きましたが、サラダの葉が傷んでいたり、お水がなかったり、レストランが広すぎて、動線にやや難ありと感じました。また、夜間に妙な音（金属が擦れるような？）が時々聞こえて、よく眠れませんでした。連泊したのですが、朝9時過ぎにはお掃除の人が来るようで、その時間にdon’t disturbのボタンを押していると、タオルを替えてもらうだけでも「必要ならフロントに電話して下さい」のカードがドアの隙間から入れられます。"
