"Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival, the front desk brought tea and snacks, allowed us for early check in. She also gave us a brochure explaining the places to visit, nearby bank/pharmacy and restaurant to go. They start their day early so it can be quite noisy especially when we stay right below the restaurant. Location is just beside train street and peaceful :) 5/5 would visit again!"

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of Hanoi Old Town. Room was relatively small compared to others I had stayed at but I think that's pretty normal for Hanoi. My room was really quiet, despite the location. Bed was super comfy. Staff were absolutely amazing. Sky Bar was gorgeous with lovely views - too cold to try the pool unfortunately! "
