Spacious family home close to town, lake, river and golf courses.

4 bedroom family home with 3 living areas (2 inside, 1 outside), large kitchen and dining area on a generous allotment. Includes private solar heated pool, spacious back yard and off-street parking for vehicles and boats. Ideal for multiple families or groups of friends.

Garage set-up as a games room with table tennis and foosball table but can also be used for cars and boats if required.

Strictly no pets.

Multiple undercover outdoor sitting areas around swimming pool with BBQ, fridge, TV, outdoor heater and dart board.

Short walking distance to Lake Mulwala, Yarrawonga foreshore, Yarrawonga town central and childrens play ground.

A short 5 minutes drive to boat ramps, Black Bull golf course, Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club and Yarrawonga lawn tennis centre.

Bedding is high quality and comfortable new mattresses with Doona's, Pillows, Bath Mats and Hand Towels supplied.

Easter trip

Great house with plenty of activities to do given the area dosnt necessarily offer a heap. Was a perfect place for the trip we had planned and for the number of us going. Only downside is my friend brought his basketball hoping for the basketball hoop to be there, but wasnt. Not a bad thing, apart from that everyone was happy

The prefect getaway house

Yarrawonga tennis stay

We loved the house. Games in the garage for the kids and big kids. The pool was well used as it was very hot. Probably needs some salad bowls but apart from that we couldn’t fault it. Thanks again Rohan.

Fabulous family getaway

What a great property! It had everything we needed and was a great size property for our extended family which included a number of couples and young children. There was plenty of room to not be on top of each other all the time, and the pool was a hit for everyone. The property was very clean and plenty of things to do to keep both kids and adults entertained. Rohan was great to deal with. Will definitely stay here again!

Rohans house was everything we hoped and more! Plenty of space for two families, very clean, kitchen was well equipped to cook meals and the house felt like home. The Pool was the icing on the cake and very hard to convince the kids to come inside! Can’t wait to come back.

Had a great holiday and the house is perfect. Lots of space, great amenities plates utensils, pots and plans etc. Big yard for cricket and the pool was well maintained. Also table tennis in the garage and a dart board in the back outdoor area. Ducted Air and ceiling fans. Avery quite and safe neighbourhood as well. We could sense the amount of thought the owner puts in to make your holiday so much more fun.

We loved our stay here. The pool was fantastic and a great location. Rohan was a great host and very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would reccommend staying here. Only suggestion is maybe the mattresses need updating soon. Thanks for having us!

Grand final get away

Had a great trip away for Grand Final weekend. Kids loved the outdoor space including pool, darts and basketball. Perfect walking distance to town - about 15-20min along the lake. Rohan was a great host and the property suited our needs perfectly.

The check in process was extremely easy and we were able to check in early. The communication with the host was fast and efficient which made for an easy stay. Perfect location & Facilities. Definitely recommend. We would like to suggest providing linen, towels and few more toilet paper rolls even at small price.

Yarrawonga Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rohan's place in Yarrawonga. It's a great location, close enough to town but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The check in process was incredibly easy and set things off on the right foot. The house was immaculate and well set up for respectful groups looking to stay. The house offers lots of great features including the pool during those hot days! If you're staying in Yarrawonga I'd highly recommend this residence.

Great house, great host - sleep is an issue!!

House is great for a family or two size wise, loved the pool and bbq. Host was very helpful and even came around mid stay to clean the pool. The bedding situation is a massive issue. Rooms are big but only double beds in two rooms, need to be queens. Even bigger issue is the quality of the beds, all three beds are as hard as a rock and low quality, sleep was rough for all. That bad we ended up going out to buy bed toppers - in the end we were sleeping on two doonas and a foam topper and it was still a terrible sleep. The other bed we put the fold out sofa mattress on top. If the double beds are replaced to queens and decent mattresses are put in I would highly recommend this property, if not I would not recommend based on all four adults sleep issue. We would not book again until issue fixed which we hope as we would like to stay again.
