"The in‑room washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the room itself had everything we needed. I’d happily stay there again. Renovations were happening while we were there, but it was surprisingly quiet and the construction didn’t disrupt our stay."

"We came expecting to walk a distance to the main shopping area. We were pleasantly surprised the unit is just in the heart of the Hongdae area. The rooms are clean, and even had a welcome basket with snacks in it. The owner is very nice and replied to my queries very fast. The bathrooms come equipped with most necessities less toothbrush but we brought our own. There is a total of 3 queen size beds and one sofa bed. Comes with a kitchen and dining area with fridge, microwave and pots for cooking...

"　最寄駅から大変近いので便利ですが、普通しか止まらない為、急ぎの時は注意が必要です。 　施設は清潔感があり、部屋も十分に広く、トイレとシャワーが別にある点、脱衣室がある点では日本人には馴染みやすいホテルかと思います。ワオパスもホテルでチャージできます。 　ただ、他の宿泊者の扉を閉める音や話し声などが聞こえて自分は寝られなかったです。またたまたまなのか、滞在中にはアメニティー不足が続き、清掃係とフロントのやり取りが行き届いていないと感じました。 具体的には、1日目には3人宿泊の予約が2人分のアメニティーしかなく、フロントに自分でもらいに行ったり、翌日は足りなかったマグカップなどが足りなかったり、その翌日はコーヒーがなかったりとむらがありました。 期間中、十分にアメニティーが揃うことはなかったです。 スタッフの方が慣れていなかったのかもしれませんが、気になる人はそこそこいるのではないかと思います。 その点が改善されれば、悪いホテルではありません。 "

"We booked the Superior Room with multiple beds. It’s perfect for a family of 3 or 4 with small kids. Room was spacious and hotel is conveniently located in Hongdae. There’s lots of shopping and food options to choose from. It’s close to public transportation or taxi/rideshare pickup. Friendly staff and had no issues communicating with guests. Hotel was clean. Elevator took a little while during busy times because it’s small. Will stay again."

"I don't write reviews, but writing one to warn others about this property. There is no lift so if you're on floor 4 that's 5 stairs you'll have to drag heavy luggage up. There is no one around - this I knew, but in which case you probably need better means to communicate with guests from other countries rather than kiosk and translate app. My room was not clean, there were hairs everywhere and I discovered blood on the duvet. I asked to be moved to another room and they refused to accommodate...

"This location is ideal however it’s very desolate once the sun sets and the restaurant is closed. The entrance is almost in a hidden nook that anyone has access to. So that doesn’t feel super secure or safe. Outside of that and the weird cherry candle smell. (Yuck) it was such a cute and amazing hotel. Modern interior and I love the rooms and layout. If you are staying with a friend then this place is A1"

"The staff made me happy every day. The spa and fitness facilities were great. It was a shame that the parking lot was a bit narrow. Still, the overall experience was amazing. "

"The location was fantastic, the penthouse suite with courtyard was charming. We appreciated them storing our bags before and after check in. We also appreciated the 12 o'clock check out, that gave us time to do some things before flying back to Canada. Breakfast was nice. Only comment would be that they could up their coffee game. Thankfully there are no shortages of great coffee places nearby."

"This hotel has courteous English speaking receptionist. Cool lounge and a great breakfast buffet ( it is more like a brunch buffet with lots of food choices). Rooms are clean with all the amenities you need. And location is unbeatable. Also has a coffee shop on the second floor, Lotteria right next to it and a k-pop store on the first floor. I stayed there with my 15 year old daughter and we loved it. Highly recommend for parents with teens. The only drawback- the street noise can be loud at...
