Perched above it all, Sandilands 1 enjoys a prized position in one of Yamba"s most desirable pockets. Leave the car behind and wander easily to beaches, caf s, pubs and shops, with Flinders Park and Yamba Main Beach just 500 metres away and coastal views stretching across Lovers Point toward Pippi Beach.

The upstairs holiday unit is light, breezy and comfortably arranged. Open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces are bathed in natural light, opening onto a front balcony that draws the eye seaward. It"s an easy spot for morning coffee, salt-air afternoons or watching the light soften over the water as evening comes in.
Set opposite leafy Ager Park, the ocean is close at hand, whether you choose Pippi, Main Beach, Convent Beach or Lovers Point. Further afield lie the natural pleasures of Angourie Blue Pools, Green Point and long, untamed stretches of sand.
The kitchen has a gently vintage feel well kept, fully equipped and practical inviting simple meals shared after a day at the beach.
Four bedrooms sit quietly away from the living space, with ceiling fans and a calm, coastal simplicity that suits unhurried rest.
Park the car and forget it Yamba"s main street, caf s, boutiques, grocery stores and the Pacific Hotel sit just up the hill. For those travelling with a well-behaved small dog, the unit is pet friendly, reflecting the relaxed, inclusive spirit of the place.
