Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Numa Sia is a spacious, single-level home perfect for family gatherings, pet-friendly stays (upon request) and anyone looking to enjoy the lush natural beauty of Yamba.

The Space:
The heart of Numa Sia is its open-plan living area, where the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces flow seamlessly, creating a welcoming environment to unwind. With four comfortable bedrooms, including a master with a private ensuite and a large family bathroom, this home has room for everyone. Ceiling fans throughout add to the comfort, while high-speed internet keeps you connected for work or leisure. Outdoors, an inviting shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach and a jungle gym offers fun for the kids.

Located just a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bike ride to the town centre, Numa Sia is surrounded by amenities and local attractions. Surfers will love the central location, with easy access to both Yamba and Angourie beaches. Whiting and Turner's Beaches are only a 6-minute bike ride away and Forde Park offers a scenic route along the way. A relatively flat 15-20 minute bike ride takes you to Angourie's famous Spooky Beach.

Explore the local area. Yamba Distillery, just a 2-minute walk through a grass track behind the house, offers Saturday entertainment and Yamba Marina is only a 5-minute stroll across parkland. Here, you’ll find a café, BBQ area and fishing boats. Active guests will appreciate the close proximity to The Gym and Somadhi Yoga.

Yamba Magic

Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay in your beautiful home. It was so lovely to swim everyday with the beach in easy distance. Then walk, read, play games in evening in a lovely cosy atmosphere.Look forward to staying again.
