Villa Aguamarina 23B is a cozy semi-detached 80m² house with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with an en suite bathroom and the other with 2 single beds and a shower room, washbasin and w, c., Fully equipped independent kitchen, living room with very bright, laundry with washing machine and clothesline, parking and private heated pool, comfortable large wooden roofed terrace overlooking the pool, garden and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos, possibility of wi-fi connection (consult additional cost) work barbecue , solarium with sun loungers and umbrella. All this within a plot of 500 m2 fully enclosed with private garden both at the entrance by the garage and in front of the terrace and pool, located 200 meters south of Montaña Roja and 200 meters from the sea within Urbanization 'Villas Burgado 'with a lot of privacy in the southernmost area of Lanzarote called Playa Blanca near the Pechiguera Lighthouse. 3 km. of finds the leisure zone and the Port from where boats leave every hour to the Port of Corralejo in Fuerteventura or to make marine, underwater or diving excursions. 7 km away is the Marina Rubicon Marina with numerous shops and small bars / restaurants or make sea excursions or play numerous leisure games in the mall.

We had a lovely stay here, I can’t really fault anything based on the owner. The owner is lovely and helpful and his communication on check in and check out is fantastic! We did have to drive most places although you can walk, it would be about 30/40 mins and not feasible with kids, thankfully we had car hire. The swimming pool was absolutely lovely, however the villa could have been a little cleaner if I had to pick at anything, it is no where near dirty by any means, also the washing machine was difficult as it didn’t wash our clothes properly, not an issue as we did this at home. We went out everyday and I can recommend the volcano tour with camel ride and Texas Rancho park which were fantastic! My partner and children also went scuba diving which was out of this world. The area and beaches are lovely, however, as it’s a volcanic island it can be rocky so take sensible shoes! Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would 100% stay again.

A very nice villa located in a quiet area just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. The pool is warm and of a good size. The villa is clean and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The host Vincente is very friendly and locally based which is always a bonus should any problems occur.

waren zum 3. mal in dem Haus, was eigentlich für sioh spricht. Der Vermieter hat sich wie immer sehr um uns gekümmert. Die Einrichtung ist sauber aber einfach, was insgesamt kein Abbruch ist. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir genossen die Ruhe sehr.Morgens hatte man schon Sonne auf der Terasse bis zum späten Nachmittag.Das Doppelbett könnte etwas breiter sein und 2 Decken wären angenehm.Der Gastgeber war bei allen Dingen sehr hilfsbereit.Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus mit Pool war einfach top; ebenso wie Gastgeber Vicente. Er hatte neben seiner netten Art jede Menge Tipps für uns für Restaurants, fürs Einkaufen sowie Tanken und alles mögliche sonst. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

La maison de Vicente est idéalement située dans un quartier calme proche du rivage. Nous avons été particulièrement séduits par la terrasse abritée qui donne sur la piscine et le jardin bien entretenu. A l'intérieur, le salon est assez spacieux avec une grande télé que nous n'avons d'ailleurs jamais allumée. La cuisine attenante est équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. L'une des chambres est une chambre parentale avec salle d'eau, l'autre dispose d'une salle d'eau accessible indirectement. Le contact avec le propriétaire était parfait. Comme la maison est idéale pour deux couples, nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors de nos prochaines vacances à Playa Blanca

We had a wonderful week's holiday, the villa was perfect & the pool was well used. There is a selection of pubs & restaurants close by, with a much bigger selection a short walk away. Vicente was the perfect host, lovely & very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our stay. This is a quiet area with bars and restaurants within a short 5-10 minute walk. Local bus service (30) runs frequently into player blanca €1.40 ew. The owner is on hand if problems arise and responds promptly. Will definitely be staying again.

wir waren zum zweiten mal in diesem haus, was über die zufriedenheit. vicente ist ein sehr aufmerksamer gastgeber, der sich stets um unser wohl bemühte. im haus selber haben wir alles notwendige vorgefunden, wenn man nicht alles nach unserem heimischen standart bewerten darf. wir haben auf jeden fall bereits für nächstes jahr reserviert.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Aguamarina hat uns gut gefallen. Die Beschreibung auf der FeWo-direkt Seite ist korrekt, wir haben keine Abweichungen gefunden. Der Kontakt mit Vincente war jederzeit gut und nahezu herzlich. Da er die Poolpflege selbst durchführt, haben wir uns auch jede Woche gesehen und hatten immer unseren Spaß im Gespräch mit ihm. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Der Grillbereich war genau richtig für uns. Die Terrasse war teilweise überdacht und wurde von uns rege genutzt. Sinnvoll ist ein Mietwagen der dann in der Einfahrt oder auf der Zufahrtsstraße geparkt werden kann. Der Innenbereich wirkt neu renoviert. Die Schlafzimmer waren ok und großzügig mit Schränken ausgestattet. Das große Badezimmer wirkte etwas abgelebt und an die Zusammenstellung der Fliesen muss man sich gewöhnen. Im kleinen Badezimmer roch es immer etwas unangenehm. Das war für uns die größte Störung. Die Ausstattung der Küche passte überhaupt nicht zu der Bezeichnung Villa. Hier war nur absolute Billigausstattung vorhanden und nichts passte zusammen. Teller Tassen und Gläser irgendwie zusammengewürfelt, auf jeden Fall nicht schön. Dass ein Geschirrspüler fehlt wussten wir natürlich schon vorher. Deutsche Fernsehsender konnten wir zwar empfangen, aber es war abenteuerlich dahin zu kommen. Die Qualität des Streams war nicht gut und wir haben häufiger auch den Fernseher abgestellt da mal wieder nichts ging. Grundsätzlich war alles da für einen angenehmen achtwöchigen Aufenthalt

we enjoyed our break, we only stayed 3nights of our 7 booked due to family emergency at home. the owner arrived on the Sunday to clean the pool as we were about to leave he was very friendly. the boardwalk to playa blanca is 3 mins walk from the villa. if you walk left on boardwalk there are a few bars and restaurants within 10mins walk. 5 mins further on there is a beach bar with food also. there other shops and restaurants 25mins further round then your at playa blanca. a very pleasant walk. if you come out the villa and go to the bottom of the road and turn right there a several small supermarkets and 3/4 bars and restaurants 10mins easy walk, there is also a bus stop to playa blanca here. the villa was clean and well stocked plates glasses etc. pool was cold but great once in and a good size. grounds and seating areas were good, limited english channels on tv but we knew that before going, great to sit out at night. hire car is a good idea but we didnt get time to explore the island, auto resin car hire was great 100 euros for the week extra £2/day which covered all accident issues etc, well worth the money as taxi each way was £50. we went to mercada food store and stocked up - 5mins drive from airport, most items were at least 1/2price of resort supermarkets some items triple price at resort . resort prices similar to uk prices but much cheaper near airport , easy to drive to if you use google maps before you go. great stay and will go back highly recommend .

Fantastic villa booked last minute and Vicente the manager/host was Brilliant from start to finish with help and guidance and it was really nice to meet him when he came to clean the pool. The only issue was the listing said there was Air Conditioning and there wasn’t any just one fan which meant some nights we had to have the bedroom windows open and subsequently got bitten.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad en genoten met elkaar. De buurt is rustig en ondanks dat er aan beide kanten buren hadden, boodt de plek veel privacy. We vonden het heerlijk om naar het barretje aan het kleine strandje te lopen, of in een uurtje langs de kust naar Playa Dorada te lopen. We liepen dan al wel 3 strandjes voorbij, maar deze was favoriet. Ook de ochtend beginnen met een duik in het zwembad vonden we heerlijk! Verder hadden zowel mijn man en ik, als onze zoon en vriendin een eigen auto gehuurd, zo konden we ieder onze eigen weg gaan, al hebben we stiekem veel samen gedaan. Vincente was altijd goed bereikbaar en dacht met ons mee, zo konden we iets eerder in de accommodatie, omdat we al vroeg landden. Wij hebben genoten!
