Lujo Villa Familiar con piscina privada climatizada

'Casa Amatris' tiene una 8m x 4m privada (26 'x 13') solar y eléctricamente piscina climatizada. Posiblemente única de esta casa es la cubierta de seguridad que se ha hecho a medida para la piscina. Si usted tiene niños en su grupo (o cualquier que no saben nadar) la cubierta es muy fácil y rápida de la herida en su lugar y se ejecuta en las pistas a lo largo del borde superior de la piscina. La cubierta de soportar el peso de un adulto que cae sobre ella, cubiertas para piscinas convencionales no son compatibles en modo alguno. Con total tranquilidad de que sus hijos están seguros para jugar alrededor de la piscina y el jardín se puede disfrutar de relajarse en el sol. Hay un montón de espacio de patio para las tumbonas y una terraza sombreada con mesa y sillas para comer mientras se ve el gran jardín con una gran variedad de plantas muy hermosas y exóticas. En el interior, todos los dormitorios y cocina plomo de las zonas de estar y comedor, con puertas de patio en el salón y dormitorio principal con vistas a la piscina y terraza.

Beautiful Villa with amazing pool!

We had THE most amazing week at Casa Amatris! All the home from home comforts you need when self catering, but the highlight has to be the heated pool and surrounding sun terrace that was a real sun trap.Perfect location with a flat 6 minute walk to Flamingo beach where there’s a good selection of restaurants and bars, and only 2 minutes to Aqualand waterpark if you need to entertain active children for the day on water slides. The welcome pack of drinks and snacks was very thoughtful and the host Richard checked-in with us shortly after our arrival to make sure we were comfortable.The downside: the mosquitoes were in abundance this year and even though the Villa has plug-in repellents in all rooms, you definitely need to apply mosi repellent cream or spray.Secondly (and not an issue for us so we didn’t report to the host to resolve) but the TV wouldn’t scan the terrestrial English channels BUT did offer Netflix and Amazon Prime.We highly recommend this Villa and will definitely book again.

Fantastisch

Wat een fijn huis met heerlijk zwembad, inclusief floaties. Goede bedden, 2 badkamers (hoewel wat verouderd prima functionerend), prima keuken (kastjes zouden iets grondiger mogen worden schoongemaakt), en fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het strand, winkels enz we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Lovely Villa

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. It was perfect for our family, plenty of space and a lovely pool. 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants at Playa Flamingo and just 2 minutes from the waterpark. Highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay again

All you need

Villa had everything needed for a relaxing stay by the beach. Was great to swim in the pool every day (my son did cut his foot on something sharp in the pool presumably left by previous guests). It was a nice touch to have some oil and spices available for cooking. Wound recommend.

Wonderful Villa

We’ve just spent a very relaxing week at Casa Amatris. Great location, just 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. The outdoor area is fabulous with a great pool and very comfortable outside seating on the covered terrace. Internally the villa could do with a spruce up. The cabinet and lights in the en-suite are very water damaged. The bed was super comfy but the lumpy, limp pillows need replacing. However these little housekeeping issues would not deter us from booking again.

Well equipped, comfortable beds, good shower, relaxing outside space. Good location with supermarkets, restaurants etc all within walking distance. Good communication with owner and maintenance. Definitely a villa we will return to.

Perfect villa for a relaxing break

Villa is perfectly situated for ease of walking to beach, water park, shops and restaurants. Local bus service also simple to use. Villa had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay - the pool was very well used! Our host was also very helpful when we needed to check a couple of things. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Amazing villa!

Lovely Villa with everything you could want. Comfy indoor and outdoor seating, but it was all about the heated pool for us. We spent much of the day just floating around and relaxing. Lovely peaceful spot with lots of lovely restaurants near by and a big supermarket approximately 15 minutes walk away. Richard was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. A real home from home in the sun!

Lovely quiet location

Plenty of room for our party of 5, great location if you dont mind a 20 minute walk to shops. Bus stop 5 minutes away with regular half hour service. Whilst we coped without aircon it would be an excellent upgrade. I would not want to be hereduring the really hit months. The property was nice but some of the furnture could do with updating like the outdoor seeting. Overall a very pleasant holiday thank you Richard in the height of summer.

Fantastic Villa

First time saying in a villa and it was a fantastic experience. The pool area is excellent and the two undercover seating area’s allowed us to take a break from the sun. The WiFi was fast and reliable. TV and DVD player with a selection of films was great. A cupboard full of books was also welcomed as I didn’t bring any and read three during our stay. When we first arrived the fridge had a few drinks which was very welcomed due to us arriving after the supermarket had shut for the day. 100% recommend this villa and would definitely go again when we next go to Playa Blanca.

Well located villa with pool in Playa Blanca

This comfortable villa with lovely pool and garden is in an excellent location only 11 minutes walk from Flamingo Beach and restaurants. It is also only 10 minutes walk from the well surfaced promenade that leads to a lighthouse in one direction and to the town centre of Playa Blanca + harbour in the other. Certainly worth revisiting.

Great villa in a great spot!

We stayed at the villa with our two girls aged 9 & 11. We had everything we needed, plenty of room inside and out the pool is a decent size. Great location as it's just 10 min walk to the Flamingo Beach where there are a few bars/restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Another 5 mins along and you reach the port which has a marina and another couple of bars/shops. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

A fun filled happy holiday!

The villa is situated in a perfect location, walking distance to beautiful beach, shops and restaurants and the Waterpark literally at end of the road. Lovely heated pool with bbq. All necessary amenities but does need a little upgrading as some furnishing is looking a little old and dated. Fantastic communication from host and taxi service brilliant! Would definitely use this villa again!

Fabulous

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa & hopefully won’t be our last. Great communication from the owner before our trip & during to make sure everything was ok. Location perfect, large villa with pool. No need for a car. Cheap taxi 30 minutes from airport to villa. 5 minute walk to water-park from villa & another 5 minutes after that to Flamingo Beach & restaurants. Highly recommend.

Excellent Villa to enjoy Playa Blanca

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Amatris, the perfect villa to enjoy Playa Blanca. It has all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay including heated pool, UK TV, and wonderful private location. The owners are very approachable and helpful and there is a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Already booked for next year!

Winter Sunshine

We are very familiar with the Canary Islands but our first time to Lanzarote and we loved it!! The weather was spectacular and just what we wanted to prepare us for winter back home. The villa was lovely with a great outside area and pool and close to all ammenities. There was a well stocked welcome pack to greet us and the management team were friendly and very helpful. Cant wait to go back!

An excellent villa in a great location. The beds were very comfortable . The outside area was where we spent most of our time. The pool is just amazing. The only negative was the outside couch cushions which could do with replacing. Overall we would definitely recommend this villa. Richard was always very helpful and replied to any enquiries promptly.
