"The cottage was cute and comfortable. Pleasant decor, comfy seating. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. Bedding and mattress were less than excellent. But overall we had a lovely time!"

"Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect"

"It was warm when we walked in, that’s always a plus! Although it was pretty wet because my glasses steamed up. You should definitely have a dehumidifier running full-time in the living room as well as the bedroom this time of year. We got hail and intermittent heavy rains all weekend! Both propane heaters got it really hot and quick making it very comfortable after a long day elk hunting in the freezing rain. The property manager got back with me very fast because I thought there was a missing...

"Cute little beach house. House was clean and hot tub was nice. Only complaint is the beds, mainly the one in the room near the hot tub. Felt like an old matress someone found on craigslist or something. Worst sleep ive had in awhile. You need the hot tub to help your body after trying to sleep on that bed."

"Comfortable and pleasant house to spend a good weekend, only that the garden part is a little neglected and full of cobwebs but from there it is super nice"

"Great little spot right on the ocean. Beach access about a 2 min walk away to the north. Can be a bit tricky getting down with small ones but we managed. We were there during a storm and home stayed warm although water did pool in the slider track, so something to be aware of during heavy rain. All in all it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. "

"This property is located in an amazing area with beautiful views and fun places to walk down on the rocks! The house is very clean and comfortable. The only downside is the size of the bedrooms. You don't have room for your luggage, but the beds are comfortable. Great stay overall!"

"Our family needed an unplugged getaway and Yachats was perfect. The house was more than we needed, but also perfect. We parked the day we arrived and had no need to drive until our departure. If you are looking for an immaculately clean house, this place is not for you. There are lots of beautiful beams and high ceilings, so lots of opportunities for spiders and cobwebs. Our family is okay with this, but not everyone is. We loved our stay"

Wi-Fi wasn't very good but even that was a bonus. We played games and watched some old classic movies in the evening and took some amazing walks on the beach."

"This was the best choice we could have made. Hidden gem here. With a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the bay this could be one of the nicest places in Newport to stay."

"Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. "
