Oceanside Beach Cottage in downtown Yachats is the perfect little cottage for a small family or a couple to get away. With amazing ocean views, this one bedroom cottage with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are just two steps up into this cute little vacation home. The great room of the cottage has a convenient kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve a meal along with a dining table for everyone to sit at comfortably. The living room has a Smart TV and a DVD player. There is no TV service. This rental also offers guests binoculars, board games, a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi. Come down to beautiful Yachats Oregon and discover your home at the coast.

Love it

The location is just perfect, you can see the ocean from the bedroom. I spend most of my day reading and looking at the sea. Lovely place.

Christmas in Yachats

Easy access to trail which we really enjoyed every day. Great view of the wild surf crashing in with huge sprays. Perfect place to walk my dog in both sunshine and rain. Close proximity to market and favorite restaurant.

Quant beach home

This is such a cute little house in an adorable small ocean side town. The town has restaurants and cafes as well as probably the best rock shop I’ve ever been to before. The house was very clean when we arrived and check in was super easy. You could see the ocean from pretty much every room in the house. We really enjoyed staying here.

Yachats Summer Getaway

Nice location. Short walk to beach access. Very comforatable stay. Enjoyed sunny afternoons sitting on the porch hearing ocean waves. Quiet neighborhood.

Cosy getaway

Great location, very comfortable and clean. Stocked with the basic necessities. The kitchen faucet is loose and the two front steps can be improved upon otherwise a lovely stay.

Amazing ocean view property

My wife and I loved our stay in Yachats. This property is so close to all the great restaurants and our dogs were so comfortable. It was also such a clean property, we’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

It's a well appointed vacation home in a quiet, rural neighborhood. A stone's throw to breaking waves. I'd stay here again, and i recommend you do too.

Nice little house. There was an issue with the shower in the master bedroom. I reported it don't know if it got fixed ...could not figure out how to get shower to turn on so I took a bath instead.

Great spot

Clean, well appointed house in a perfect spot. Great views from both rooms. Perfect spot for those who like to walk. Only complaint is the refrigerator. It needs to be replaced; so noisy we needed to use earplugs to sleep.

Nice little bungalow

The cleanliness was top notch. The weather a bit stormy but did not deter our stay. It was overall a relaxing and memorable experience. The refrigerator was loud and shut off with a shuttering sound that made us laugh. No mention on listing that there was no dishwasher.

Get away relaxation

I spent 3 nights in this clean and nicely decorated home within steps of the ocean. Everything I needed was here. I cooked my meals , showered with good pressure and warm water, and slept in a comfortable bed with wave sounds nearby. The refrigerator makes a loud sound occasionally but works just fine. You have a small ocean view but can walk along the 804 trail to see the crashing waves and rocks and birds. Very pleasant

Overall, the property was what we expected. Perfect for two people, right on the trail to the beach. So that was convenient. Staff was available when we had questions. New washer and dryer!

This is a small but nice house. Only complaint is the bed is like a rock.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The town is cute and has good places to eat. Only issue is no beach access near the house but walking trails are great.

Cute House by the Ocean

This is a cute little house within walking distance to the ocean. It is a couple houses away from water access, but a little further walk to get to a sandy beach. The house was very clean and had plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The bed was a bit firm, but it was fine for a couple nights. I would really recommend this place.

Unexpected Gem

This property was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 pugs. Spacious living/kitchen area and very large bathroom. Home was quite clean overall. As mentioned, there are a couple of minor maintenance needs (front 2 steps up to main deck), dryer requires use of a pair of pliers to start, toaster was not operational. That said, there isn't a day that goes by at my own primary residence that I need to repair something, so not a big issue. Very quiet neighborhood, close to the 804 trail, safe areas to walk dogs, very decent view of the ocean. Will be staying here again.

Great location!

We enjoyed the location and the nice partial view of the ocean (although the windows could be cleaned.) A good value. I would recommend replacing the bed. It's extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen was OK, could use some larger bowls etc.

Cute Cottage!

This cute little cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two dogs. It had most everything we needed, was clean, and was a short walk to the beach and to town. There was no dishwasher, and you have to use pliers to run the dryer, but these were no big deal to us. It was absolutely wonderful!
