"Everything visually was stunning. However, they were a few things that I think could improve the stay. The refrigerator was like a cabinet in the freezer was like a refrigerator. In other words, they ran warm. Shower was slippery and could use some grip. Everything else was amazing"

"The Sea Gem was very clean, beds were comfortable and furnishings in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped. As far as location goes, it was excellent, right by the ocean with access to the beach. It is obvious that a lot of thought has been put into this property to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely stay here if we are in the Newport area again. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and replied very quickly. Great place & great experience!"

"This place is just the right size for a family gathering. There is plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms. The beach right out the door is wonderful. My only issue was that it could have been cleaner."

"My girlfriend, dogs, and I stayed in what we called “the hobbit house” in the middle of a rainstorm and it was epic! The covered patio area was perfect to watch the rain, and still stay dry. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was very comfortable and plenty of activities to keep busy. We had an issue with the hot water heater, but within an hour the repairman was out and made reset the switch. He was super friendly and told us about the area. We didn’t walk to...

"Home is comfy, cozy with amazing views. Its close proximity to beach js a bonus and we had so much fun. Home is well supplied for a lovely family gettogether. Thanks to the well kept home. Property manager did not respond that was thef only thing i will point out. Thankfully we dint have any issues to reach out to the local contact manager so it worked out well. We will certainly recommand the home."
