"The view and the room size is stunning"

"The hotel wasn’t too bad for the price. The breakfast was good and delicious, with a nice variety of food and fruits. However, the rooms, hallways, and even the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We stayed there for one week, and on two days they didn’t clean our room. When we came back in the evening, the beds were not made and the towels hadn’t been changed. I complained to the staff, but they only said “sorry.” Also, none of the staff spoke English — they just used a translation...

"Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. Yuki ,the front desk lady whom we met on the very first and last day gave us a very good impression of hotel 1st class hospitality service! ...
