"Clean and friendly"

"Nice hotel for the price! Looks to be a relatively new hotel! Room was clean and it was nice having the living room area and kitchen! Breakfast was great and staff, particularly the breakfast. Staff was very hard-working. Definitely enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast."

"Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again."

"The AC made so much noise and made it hard to sleep. The room smelled like an attic. The housekeeper did come and spray the room but it was short lived. The staff was amazing"

"My stay in December was much better. This time the room wasn’t very clean. The maintenance repairs were an eye sore. I found a bugs nest in the bathroom. Room 2511 was not it. Will find a different place to stay during my next visit."

"The location of the hotel was good, close to old town Scottsdale. The staff placed us in a roof a half a mile from the restaurant? First they placed us in a room with a balcony and the screen door was off its guide. Then they placed us in another room which they say was an upgrade? There was no Microwave? "The hotel is very new and clean but the water pressure is extremely low. As well as, the pool water temperature was very cold unswimabl. Staff in general good but lacking hospitality experience and professionalism overall."

However, one area for improvement could be the accessibility for guests to the surrounding walkable areas. The wall surrounding the resort made it tricky to determine the best access points to walk to the sights and local shops."
