"Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning...

"Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb."

"We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through. We were in OH for a rock festival so 90% of hotels were entirely booked and the other 10% were charging 2x or 3x usual rates. It was not only a massive inconvenience and extremely dishonest practices, but an insane surprise expense to pay double at a different hotel. Elijah, the desk attendant, was very apologetic and...

"You get what you pay for sure but floors were dirty and housekeeping didn't come once during the 5 days we were there which is kinda gross in my opinion; mind you we weren't being dirty but the lack of trash being taken out or clean towels (had to go to the office to ask) with 3 people and 4 hot days after a music festival.... well eww. Other than the housekeeping issue and dirty floors it wasn't bad"

"I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. I heard people screaming outside my room couple of times at 3 am. Terrible "

"The shuttle to and from the airport is helpful and the manager was helpful. Everything was clean and the bed was good. Everything else needs some work. Good place if you want only those couple necessities."

"The hotel is under rehab. No breakfast facilities. Room had a broken handle to the faucet. Had to ask the staff multiple times before one took action to get it fixed. Hallway was filthy with construction dirt and materials. I would not have stayed there had I known the status of the hotel."
