"Great for a solo traveler going to a concert. Star at the front desk was very helpful and connected me with other guests also going to the concert."

"Todo muy bien excelente la limpieza "

"Good"

"Staff checking us in seemed as if she hated her job. We did not feel welcome at all. Bed was uncomfortable."

"This is our first time staying at this hotel and we are impressed with the hotel room’s cleaning and delicious breakfast!! The hotel is very convenient because is close to the airport!!! The kitchen staff works so hard to make available all the meals at breakfast!! "

"Me hospedé de jueves a domingo y ni un día entraron a limpiar ni siquiera cambiaron tohallas "

"En general bien, sólo las molestias de la remodelación"

"Very clean and comfortable, but there were issues. The restaurant and bar never opened as scheduled last night. It was part of the reason for paying more to stay at this hotel. Shampoo bottle was empty in shower. And the exhaust vent did not work. I had booked a room that slept three people, suppose to have pull out couch, and that did not exist."

"Me gustó mucho porque está a 5 minutos caminando a las cataratas del Niagara "
