"Great one night escape and fun experience for my kids to interact with the farm animals. Accommodation well presented and suitable for all needs on a short stay. Close enough to York town centre for extra activities. Thanks to hosts Lizette and David for their generous hospitality. "

"No instructions for keys to cottage stove was smashed and a camp hotplate was our only cooking element air con was turned off on the unit which was very high on wall and was exceptionally hard to turn off fireplace was boarded up And that was one of the main attractions to the house. Only 4 chairs at a 6 seater table and one had a broken leg show in onsite wouldn’t stay up I had to hold it while’s trying to shower. Towel were sooo old and scratchy host took 22 hours to reply to my desperate...

"Well located and cosy villa on a peaceful bush block in Chidlow. One of our better school holiday stays with a well equipped, maintained and very clean home. "We had a lovely stay at El Caballo, such a pretty little spot. The tiny house is very private and tucked away from the main house and very clean and tidy. Mark was such a lovely host and it was lovely to see the horses and have a couple of visits from the beautiful dog, storm. Thanks so much Helen and Mark. "

"I was on a working holiday for 11 nights & due to the peace & quiet, achieved much & it was a productive time. Visited by a small, cute Quenda (an Australian marsupial). I also visited the York Festival during my stay. The chalet had everything I needed, even a spa! Close to Mundaring shops for essentials and a morning coffee or breakfast at the Lazy Corner Cafe.
