Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. The home accommodated 2 adults and 2 children well for a brief stay. The kids appreciated the toys that were available (there were few and some were broken) The "play area" in the backyard is best suited for young toddlers, so we didn't use it. But it was nice to...

"This property was excellent. The house was impressively clean, well stocked, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Appreciated having the garage to park in as it helped so the vehicle was not so hot when getting in. We also rented bikes for the week so being able to park them in the garage was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Seating area was nice. The location was great as it was only a mile from families house. "

"This house has lots of sleeping space, a nice living room with a big tv, and a large dining table for cars and other games. There is also a hot tub and firepit that I wish we could have used, but it was too cold outside for our old bodies."

"This rental was so clean and expansive. We loved that it was one floor and so accessible to the older members of my family. The owner was very responsive and helpful to our needs and the free fresh grinder coffee was an absolute plus everyday when we woke up! Thank you for hosting my family we enjoyed your beautiful and clean home!"

"This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Sacramento. No one will say the Fruitridge area is a tourist area, but it was a wonderful stay for us as a jumping off place to visit family and have a nice time, or just relax in the backyard. What most impressed me about the Mamma Llama house is how well stocked it was with coffee pods, towels, kitchen appliances and such. And very comfortable. "

"This was the perfect place for me to bring my elderly parents and young adult children so we could visit with relatives. The shower in the master bathroom was perfect for my elderly parents. I had brought a shower chair for them, but I really didn’t need to as the shower has a small built in seat. The formal dining room was so nice. I wish we had, had an occasion to use it, but we ate out for our meals. The kitchen and living room were gorgeous too. The beds were very soft and comfortable....
