"My family wanted to get out of town to see the stars, planet alignment, and just escape the city for the weekend. As soon as we saw the boulder house we knew it was the place. Not only was the house extremely unique, it had so many cool little rooms and themes throughout. On top of that, the pool and jacuzzi were heated, something about swimming in 49-50 weather with a desert backdrop makes it feel like a whole new experience. "This place definitely had a prime location and was perfect for our night at Pappy & Harriet's. We would have walked if it wasn't so cold, windy & wet from the rain earlier! "They have a really cute backyard with a clean & well functioned jacuzzi. Indoor areas is OK. It gets cold at night, and the ac didn’t really help with the thin covers. We heard neighbors dogs barking through out the night. "

"Place was very nice. Cleaning needs to be more detailed. Lots of cobwebs in the rafters, old fly tape covered in bugs on an upper windowsill, mound on bathroom ceiling, etc. Also, the wall heater is not great to keep the whole place warm. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were freezing. Like, tile floors making your feet cramp bc they were so cold."

"Me and 2 friends stayed at this house for 2.5 weeks. The space was great, and the rooms were comfortable with balconies off each room. We were within walking distance to the Village and there was a free shuttle that rain on the main street. Since we were cooking many of our meals the kitchen didn't have great supplies. We purchased containers for leftovers since there were none at the house. The Mgt company was very responsive when we had needs to that required attention."

"Our D&D crew came up here for a long weekend to finish our 5+ year campaign. PERFECT set up. Location was super cute and tucked away in the mountain woods. Large dining table that easily sat all of us and had space for big meals.
