"Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

"The house had a lot of space for hanging out. It was clean and well equipped.It could use some new mattresses and carpeting - but otherwise great house!"

"Property was as depicted. Nice amenities, particularly impressed they drain the water to the hot tub after each stay (perhaps overkill but pretty cool nonetheless). We enjoyed the fire pit and watching roku tv in the living room. Internet wasn't that fast but it was ok enough for streaming tv. Thanks to the hosts for a nice stay hope we can come back sometime! "

"We were very pleased with the cozy cottage, it was peaceful, and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the beautiful deck and seeing deer in the yard. Would love to return!"

"Clean, well-appointed space. Check-in was easy as could be. When I needed to call the owner, I got an answer right away. Beautiful place and you can see so many stars. Definitely recommend! When we come back to ride the railroad with our kids, I think we'll be staying here again."

"This was my first time using VRBO myself and I was deeply impressed. This property is not only accurately reflected in its photos, it is even nicer in person. Little details... the scent of the unit, the sweet sound of rain drops on the roof, the ample firewood, and the detailed organization add so much charm to this property. Everything we needed was there, and labeled for an easy find. While so many rentals are tired and worn, everything about Milam Ridge was fresh, crisp, and cared for. The...

"The property was fantastic! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3-8 and felt like we had plenty of space. It was great having the mini golf and tennis courts right next to the house. The indoor pool was great and bigger than expected. The 9 hole par 3 links style course was absolutely amazing and was well kept, with holes ranging from 80 yards to 180 yards. Greens run slower but the conditions were great. House is about 5 mins from Deep Creek State Park and 20 minutes to Swallow Falls. Also...

"My friends arrived ahead of me. When I came in their response says it all: "Oh my gosh, Joyce, this is so much more than we expected!" The home is very well appointed and there is plenty of room and nooks to break away for quiet time.Thank you Mark and SherryJoycePS Mark rescued us when we got caught in a rain shower. That's going above our expectations!"

"It’s been about 1 month since staying here and I still think about it. It was perfect for what I needed it for. This place was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. "We loved our week at this property! The primary bathroom shower was amazing! We loved seeing the wildlife everyday. Counter space and food storage space was limited considering the rental is meant for large groups. "

"Such a great, unique stay. It added so much fun to my trip! They've thought of everything in this airstream and it's as luxe as you could want while also being only steps from the GAP trail. The outdoor pavilion is a really nice touch and great to sit there and take in the view of the mountain. Communication with the owners was great. Check in and check out was easy. Beautiful and comfortably appointed throughout!"
