"My 19 yr old daughter has always wanted a treehouse, but never had one. We decided since she never had one of her own, we should at least stay at one and found this beautiful treehouse! The pictures are spot on and the treehouse is even cooler in person! Everything feels so welcoming and inviting, including the touches by the host, such as the local bottle of wine! The lights on the walk bridge and the outside of the treehouse make it look so pretty at night. The remote location is perfect and...

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The treehouse was gorgeous, extremely clean and very comfortable during our 2 night stay! The owner was very responsive and communicated well prior to our arrival! I highly recommended this to anyone looking to get away to relax and unplug! "

"If you want to escape the stress and hustle of city life or looking for a romantic getaway just as we did this place is perfect. The location is beautiful, you have warm cozy log cabins with a view of the forest valley, a hot tub, a fire pit and every essential element you would want. Place was clean, organised and the host was great and responsive, directly answered our questions and concerns. I would definitely visit again next time in winter season though."

"My wife and I had an amazing weekend anniversary trip at this cottage. No-nonsense, fenced rear dog yard, cool AC, clean sheets, abundant blankets and towels, great water pressure, great location near lots of hiking and a short trip to Franklin/Oil City/Slippery Rock, and a very warm welcome from an amazing host. What more could you ask for? We would happily stay again!"

"Nicest private home we have ever stayed in. Tastefully restored elegant Victorian home with all modern amenities. Historical connection to the region helps make it even more special. Private large garden and patio area is lovely. We only used three of the six bedrooms most which have very comfortable king sized beds. Great place for larger groups to stay and relax."

"We were delightfully surprised by how quiet this location was. There was very little traffic on the gravel residential road to the house. We also enjoyed walking many miles on the Rails to Trails tunnel trail just a short walk from the property. The deck over the water was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with all we needed! Worth every penny!"

"Awesome location. Got to kayak the river and end the trip right at the house. Didn’t have to go pick up boats at another location. "

"We had an amazing stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s so cozy and was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The area was also beautiful and had great areas to walk or hike. The host was so nice and communicated very quickly, they messaged a few hours before check in to let us know we could check in early if we wanted and was very understanding about an accident involving a shattered wine glass. Overall a great place to stay!"

"Beautiful remodel of this building, it has all the high end amenity's of a luxury home in a small package, and if you forget to bring anything ; don't worry it's there at lil tio Their are plenty of things to do and places to eat, We stayed at lil tio for a family reunion and had a great time"

"The place was beautiful, clean and peaceful. My only suggestions would be to upgrade at least one bed to a queen for larger people. My stepdad is 6' "3" and had a bit of a hard time fitting in the bed. And some larger furniture in the sitting room. It really was a great place though and I will recommend it and may stay again myself if we go back to the area."

"It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. "
