"Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. "

"Terrible service. Roaches in the room. Staff very rude especially the breakfast staff. Nothing fresh and everyday had to ask for utensils and napkins. I requested for bedding to be changed 2 days in a roll and it never was done. They went in and just made the bed up but didn’t change it. AC didn’t work well. Not enough towels each day. Room smelt bad and carpet was wet. Tv didn’t work. "

The blackout shade in my room wouldn’t raise and it needed definite replacement. The tub needed bleach cleaning and upgrading. The staff? Excellent, professional, kind and caring. "

"I got in late at night. Room was clean, the bedding very comfortable and the gym had everything I needed. I will say it's an older property and you can see it in the hallways but the room was great. I would stay here again As a heads up the bottled water in the room isn't free unless you have a certain Hilton status... just go down to the gym and grab a cold bottle from the fridge in the gym. "

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right "

"Front desk and staff were very pleasant, medical building near by for my appointment. Clean room, up too late to have hotel breakfast. Plenty of shopping nearby. Will register again for next stay-thank ya "
