"The host was very helpful and responsive. The bed frame in the apt was broken and we temporarily fixed it because it was late. The host immediately offered to have us switch to a similar unit in the building but because it was late, we chose to stay. The next morning, however, there was no hot water in the unit so we switched to the other one. Hot water was still an issue in the new one--it never got above luke-warm. "The stay was truly them most comfortable, easy, enjoyable and relaxing stay. Mansoon, the owner, let me know in advance about not being able to swim - I mean it’s like 20-40 degreees depending. "This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge.
On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area."
