"My stay was good only con was the parking. Parking was in the street and hope you come in early to get a space or you will park down the street… there is parking in the back for a fee which was not in the description of the property upon booking."

"The location was perfect for our trip. Branford is a very quaint town with lots to see and great places to eat. We came back to CT from SC for our son's wedding on the shore by the ocean and a baby shower at Stony Creek Brewery. This cottage is in the perfect location and has huge potential! It is definitely a diamond in the rough.Thank you so much for providing the chocolates, croissants, butter, coffee and flavored creamers. It is definitely a thoughtful touch. "Excellent stay for our extended family of 9. Having the bunk bed in the queen room downstairs perfect for our family of 4 with two elementary school aged kids!"

"House was very clean and slept all 7 of us comfortably! Pool and firepit were nice to have and enjoy. Would absolutely book this house again if I ever needed. Just be sure to ignore the unkind neighbor signs, they don't reflect on the property at all. "
