"Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying. "

"Great property and very friendly staff at the The Stacks but since this is a new unit there was issues with check-in and getting the unit I picked out as well as issues inside the unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed."

"Everything was exceptional as usual. Staff knew our names, CUT was excellent. Downside is the pool needed cleaning/chemicals and the heater was broken. The pool is a major selling point for us so it was a bit of a let down. We will be back again but will check on the status of the pool first. Staff is excellent, always have gifts for the kids and delicious baked goods in our room. Highly recommend for families."

"Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV."

"We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! "The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. Beds were comfortable, a bit stiff which is how I like it but you may be left wanting. The metro entrance is less than a block away(easiest way around town for sightseeing). Be...
