"I had lots of frustration and challenges for this short stay. The ameneties are all high-end and new. But, that's about all I can say positive.
Negatives
-No instructions for all of the high-end equipment.
-Access code was not communicated well.
-Patio had trash and no place to sit.
-No desk or kitchen table to work or eat at.
-No Wi-Fi.
-Got stuck in shower - when bathroom door closed on the shower door.
-Bed too low (for this 60 person).
-Kitchen window blind - could not reach to...

"It's my second time staying at this fun little property. I love the location in relation to access to Point Reyes National Seashore.
The main bed is super comfy. My friend tells me that the sofa turns into a nice bed.
We like to use the table to play Rummikub after we have spent time at the fire pit.
In the morning, I like to make scrambled eggs from the fresh eggs that her chickens have laid.
I'll definitely be going back. "

"This property welcomed pets. We were so happy! We sat out on the deck looking out from the tree tops while enjoying amazing views of the San Rafel Bridge and the Bay Bridge. We felt treehouse vibes in this humble studio with great space & functionality. The owner was super communicative with us. We highly recommend this VRBO. "
