"The shower has a rather odd system to open and have hot water, it took us 2 days to realize! But all we needed to do is ask the friendly staff, they are always happy to help! I also had an issue with the key and they assisted me even if it was off hours. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
"We had a wonderful stay at Chatrium Riverside Hotel Bangkok. The riverside location is excellent, with easy access to Asiatique and ICONSIAM. Hospitality was outstanding, and both the breakfast and lounge service were of superb quality. The pool was spacious and well-maintained, allowing our family to truly relax and enjoy our time. "Very clean. Common area was air conditioned but it was hard to meet other people (confined). Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. Some people were noisy at night (talking constantly while other people were trying to sleep). Top bunk bed had convenient stairs to get in easily.
