"This is a great stop and stay hotel for us when coming through Wisconsin on our travels. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Also, the update in colors, furniture, and carpeting gives the entire hotel a freshened up look.We haven't been disappointed with the beds either."

"We were here during the off season, so it was not very busy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel and indoor water park were clean. The hours of operation for the indoor water park & theme park were not clearly posted. The indoor theme park closed so early, we weren't able to use all of our game credits there. The bunk beds in the room have very thin, uncomfortable mattresses. The room was very spacious, but did not have enough places for everyone to sit. Google did not have the...

"Really enjoyed the set up of the room itself. It was very clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. It was located right next to the outlet mall with multiple dining options within walking distance. Staff was pleasant. Will definitely be back for a longer stay."

"Manager worked with me to cancel a duplicated reservation, gave me a refund. Everything was nicer than I expected for the price, pool was heated and we basically had it to ourselves. Would stay again."
