"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. "This was a very comfortable stay .We had everything we needed at the property with 2 bathrooms worked well for us. The huge TV with netflix was a hit with our grandson.The massage chair was a hit with Nanna .Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well .The location was great with lots of food choices ... we 'd recommend Halong Bay Vietnamese. The WIN entertainment centre just a few minutes away. Check in and out was simple and the later checkout a great bonus."
