This thoughtfully designed home accommodates up to 15 guests, flooding the space with natural light and offering spectacular beach views from the living room, master bedroom, and back deck. THINGS TO KNOW

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.


* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* No Pets allowed.

*To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21-year-old groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties /events of any sort.  

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 15 overnight guests, 7 day visitors, 22 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
