"Pros: the staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. They went to literally every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Cons: They lost our reservation. Then they gave us a room with a joined bed instead of 2 twins, as we had reserved. The A/C in the room did not work the first night. They moved us the 2nd night and it still didn't work. They brought a fan, but we were very frustrated to have to share a bed (we're 2 friends) and sweat the whole night when we intentionally...

The included breakfast is excellent, although the wait staff were somewhat unfriendly. The staff at the front desk, however were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 stops on the M2 tram from Alexanderplatz."

"Great location, so many restaurants and grocery very close. Easy access to M8 and U2, then anywhere in the city! Comfortable stay, kitchen facility wss good, double burner stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Only one tiny knife for food prep. Not a lot of kitchen accessories, but it was fine for us!"

"We stayed in a ground floor apartment off the courtyard which was perfectly pleasant given what little time we spent there. The staff was absolutely helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. The location is conveniently located for getting around the city center and the restaurants and cafes of Prenzlauer Berg. Spend some time figuring out how to arrive from the airport by train. We arrived on a weekday morning and took a cab which was over 80 euro. You can use the BVG app to get a one-way ticket...
