I can’t imagine a hotel in Krakow that’s in a better location. Just a few minutes across the square is Kraków’s main train station, connected to one of Poland’s largest shopping malls.
It’s a 10 minute walk to the Old Krakow town square where we ate every evening.
Side note - the prices in Poland are amazing when compared to North America. A nice dinner for two, with wine, beer, etc. will run you $50-$75 CAD total, depending what you order. Items...
"The staff at the hotel were excellent! The front desk staff in particular went above and beyond assisting me in changing my room between a group tour and separate reservation, and then again when I extended my stay by one day. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Krakow. "

"Very good service. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The cold cuts and sweets were all good. There was also a breakfast menu to order eggs Benedict etc, at no extra charge. Two mornings we had to leave early and they made up breakfast boxes to take with us. Just two examples. I was very impressed. "
"This is a city hotel so rooms are fairly compact but more than adequate. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the building is on a street which surrounds the Old Town, it is nevertheless very quiet. The park is directly across the road and it is a mere 5 minute walk to the Main Square and only a couple of minutes to the Castle so the location is excellent.
