Our reputation for clean family homes is the foundation of our business and prior to every check in our cleaning crew goes in and sanitizes every surface.

-This home has been remodeled so that it is handicap accessible.
-There is a ramp to get into the interior of the home. There is NO chair lift to the lower level

-Main level of home is handicap/wheelchair friendly including the 4 season room
-Master bathroom has a walk in shower w/bench. Grab handles have been installed in the shower and toilet area.
-Wheelchair height counter in bathroom with mirror and hair dryer.

-Whole basement is level and wheelchair friendly (With little to no transitions)
-Bathroom has wider doors and ample room to turn around for a wheelchair.
-Bathroom has lift handles have been installed in the shower and next to the toilet.

WE STRESS ONCE AGAIN THAT WE HAVE MADE MAJOR RENOVATIONS SO THAT WE CAN ACCOMMODATE OUR DISABLED GUESTS, BUT WE ARE NOT FULLY HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. THERE IS NO STAIR LIFT TO BASEMENT LEVEL.

What a great property! Property owner was quick to respond to questions and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice to walk into a home and have laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tabs and liquid dish soap. Would 100% stay here again.

Annual family trip

My family of 13 takes a trip to the Dells every winter. This place was amazing- that big of a group sometimes it’s hard to find a space to accommodate us. This was perfect- everyone had a place to hang out. The kids loved the basement with the arcade games and movie theater seating. The guys loved the sun room with the tv to watch sports. The open concept made it easy to keep track of our youngest members (2 & 1.5) Would definitely recommend staying again.

good experience with our family

We enjoyed being in 1 house to accomodate our family ranging in age of 7 - 74. One issue we had was electrical, outlet in bathroom by laundry kept tripping and knocking out power in the main bathroom off the kitchen. We had to repeatedly reset the gfs...

Family vacation

My family (16 of us) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house. Everything was clean and well kept. We had plenty of space to relax and wonderful bedrooms. Our grandkids enjoyed the little crawl space to their bedroom along with the arcade games. We were able to enjoy a bonfire every night. I would highly recommend this space to all families.

Incredible Property, so much fun!

We loved our stay! The property had so much space for our group and was well stocked to handle a larger group. We had so much fun downstairs with the arcade and the flow of upstairs never felt crowded. We will definitely be back; Highly recommend!

Wisconsin Dells Rental

Overall a good rental but many opportunities to shine were lost. Small details matter. No bath mats, no towel racks in master bathroom, all the door hinges squeaked making it hard to move about quietly, no dishwasher soap provided, no system for recycling unless you carry it home with you, only 3 kitchen towels provided and one roll of paper towels, no salt or pepper. For the price we paid I would have expected some of these amenities to be present. But the space was more than adequate for our group of 9 and the location was great. Quiet area away from the noisy downtown yet easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go.

Outside needs work. Lawn extremely disappointing & unattractive! Creaky doors, patio door opening very dirty, needs decor on walls, many holes in walls, garbage cans in bathrooms & soap should be included, curtains one egrass windows, blankets on beds.

Great place to spend a winter weekend with friends.

The extreme cold weather kept us off the ski hill but it was an easy drive to the local bowling alley. Great location for family fun! ! There was plenty of space in the house for our large group to spread out and chill on a cold winter weekend.

Fantastic Location!

I recently stayed at this property with six adults and five children. We had plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs was perfect for the kids and they loved the arcade games and movie theater. The house was in a great neighborhood with flat roads for biking and running. We enjoyed the playground nearby. It was a short drive to the water parks, Devil's Lake State Park and Lake Dalton. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious with everything you need and more

The property was very clean and had lots of areas to enjoy. We had 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room to spare. Between the arcade, movie theater and basketball room, the boys were never bored lol. Definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time here and would recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice getaway. We loved the movie theater room, the backyard, and the sunroom was a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was perfect for a getaway. Thank you for the hospitality. Property manager Mandi was always quick to respond and very helpful.

Family vacation

I can not say enough wonderful things about this house and the owners/property manager. Communication was wonderful both prior to and during the stay. The owners took all the precautions necessary, post COVID, to ensure everything was clean and sanitized. We enjoyed the house with our family with kids aging from 3-10 and no one wanted to leave at the end of the trip. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, there is a lot of outdoor space for water balloons, slip n slides, and biking. The outdoor fire pit was a big hit at night. The outdoor picnic table was perfect for outdoor meals. The basement was perfect for indoor fun with a movie theater and video games. Would definitely return again!

Great house for large group

We hosted a holiday party for 15 in this house and it met our needs completely. We cooked the entire weekend and the set up was extremely conducive to family activities.

Nearly every room had a television and the large screen with theater seating in the lower level was a big hit as were the video games. Nice location close to stores for quick runs.

Great Home for Family Vacation

We used property for family reunion and comfortably slept 10 adults and 5 children. The three king size beds were perfect, additional queens in separate bedrooms were used too. Kids all shared the bunk room which could sleep 6. Arcade and movie theatre downstairs was a hit for the kids. Very big kitchen and dining area for meals. Only minor concern was when we first pulled up, owner didn’t provide any outdoor photos of property and I see why. Upon arrival the home looks too small to sleep 15 people. But don’t let that bother you, looks are deceiving with this property. Very spacious home and everyone had a bedroom or area to go if they needed to get away from the group. Pool access isn’t available, which is a bummer with Spring Brook club near by, but with water parks only 7 minutes from doorstep it made up for it. Cooking wise, the home has everything you’ll need and more, all we had to do was buy our groceries and prepare meals. If you don’t feel like cooking, Pizza delivers to location and plenty of restaurants in the Dells. We just wanted to avoid crowds and long waits by preparing our own meals. The fire pit is cool idea, but wish it wasn’t at front of house facing the street. Wood was provided and grille nearby, but would have preferred that in back yard of house not the front? Overall, an absolute 5 star rating. Communication with property manager was needed a couple times, only for questions on how to adjust the Nest thermostat.We called one more time for full trash bins, which the manager promptly came to refresh. She’s very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone staying with family and kids. It’s in a nice safe neighborhood, with the Dells close by. Oh ya, Devils Lake just a 25 min drive. We spent a day there and had a blast canoeing, swimming and hiking. Thanks again!
