"This was a very cute bungalow. It's old but well maintained. There was a roach in the bathroom, not the big cockroach but a small roach. I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. I'm prior military myself and many military installations aren't in the most desirable areas. It was convenient to the base, which was my primary reason for being here. Staff was very accommodating and...

"Just the pictures looked more entertaining than it actually was. .. small but pretty dam cool . Huge yard but hot tub was on the other end of the yard which has a camera. Who want to be video wial in the hot tub ? But over all.. we were not bothered at all and they had candy in the room ready .. "

"The stay was amazing and the entire home was extremely well kept and clean. The beds could be slightly more comfortable but would stay here again for the quality of the home, well-stoked coffee station and neighborhood. It was safe and quiet to walk my dog in the mornings and evenings and the neighbors were friendly. Near a few restaurants and amenities as well. "Check in was super easy! House was cleaned and looked just like the picture. Beds were super comfortable. The house was very roomy and warming. The upper deck was nice and the view of the lake was beautiful! We brought our pontoon boat and docked it at their pier and that made it more fun! Overall, our stay was very nice and I'd definitely stay there again!! The hosts were very fast with responding. "

"The owner was super easy to communicate with and the property was wonderful. Came for Navy graduation. It was about 15 min to base. It took a few minutes to find alley entrance north of home to get to parking in the back but everything was great."

"This was absolutely perfect for us , for me ! I was traveling with family friends : the parents and their daughter for MY daughter s bootcamp graduation . This turned out to be fantastic and I wouldn’t have it any other way . I left them the 2 soooo comfortable bedrooms on the first level and took the bedroom in the basement . "Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "

"This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. Meanwhile, the people who wanted to party all night could be in the party house having a great old time and not disturb those other folks at all. The party house is...
