"place was clean and tidy and direct access to the beach was a definite plus and short walk to the shops and pub. Beach was lovely and so much sand. It was a shame that the weather was not on our side and that Mondays are a day that a lot of places are closed but the Ship provided an excellent take away service as my husband put his back out on day two "

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

"We had a brilliant New Year break at Mill Villa. Its location is perfect if you love a quick walk to the beach. Food shops are within a few minutes walk, which was perfect for us. Some really good pubs within walking distance too. The house itself was great, really comfy beds, two great reception rooms one with a darts board and pool table, which were great fun. "The host was welcoming and very responsive. I had an issue with wifi password (completely my own fault) and they were very quick to help. I am marking as OK as there was a broken window handle in the main bedroom, this meant we were cold with the blind moving in the wind overnight. This sort of thing should have been noticed and fixed before we arrived, especially as this was an upgrade as the property we had booked was "unexpectedly unavailable". I can see this being a lovely place in Summer."

"Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours."
