Description
The holiday accommodation is suitable for 5 adults. The living room has a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a seating area. From the living room you can go out onto the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The kitchen is equipped with a oven, refrigerator with small freezer, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and bedroom with bunkbed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. You can park your car safely in the garage or in front of it, and you can also safely store your skis and bikes in the garage. A laundry room with washing machine is available.

About the property
The house is in a small complex.  The house is on the edge of the forest and offers an excellent starting point for hiking and skiing areas.

Environment
Surrounded by magnificent nature, you can take the challenge of mountain bike trails.  You can walk to the Hillebachsee and enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, playing ping-pong or volleyball and much more. In the winter it is a paradise for snow lovers. Either you can ski and sledding in Niedersfeld or in the fabulous, snow-sure Winterberg. By car,it is only 10 Minutes to the excellent slopes. The magical Hochheide lures hikers.

The bobsleigh run in Winterberg is 9 km from Niedersfeld. The Kahler Asten is located 12 km from the apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km away. Niedersfeld is very popular for travelers who are intersted in mountain hiking, landscapes and hiking. Shops: The center of Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In front of the house there is a bus stop, which you can easily use to drive to Niedersfeld local center. Other shops are 5 minutes walk away. We look forward to welcom you in our apartment to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Die Wohnung an sich war gut, nur nicht sauber genug, Wohnzimmer Couch waren Hunde-Haare ( leider vergessen Fotos zu machen)) Im Hauptschlafzimmer waren die gebraucts dreckige Bettwäsche noch drauf, im Kinderzimmer waren die Matratzen Betten voll mit schwarze Dreck Partikeln .Nachts gingen die Rauchmelder Los es war so schlimm wir wussten garnicht was los war um 3 Uhr Morgens !!Alarm ohne Grund , Heizung funktionierte Nicht wie es soll. Also und natürlich ist dass eine Ferienwohnung aber Betten musste ich selber beziehen 🤔 und ja keine Toiletten Papier oder Geschirr spüli also an jeder der dahin geht Hinweis mitnehmen eigene Sachen. Bad war sauber küche auch..Es fehlt halt viel Infos, genauseo gab's keine Sommercard mir wurde aber Wochen davor erzählt ich bekomme welche,am Ende gab's nur Gästekarte.Sowas sollte richtig kommuniziert werden. Wo die Maschine steht? Bzw Abstellraum Staubsauger usw haben wir alles selber herausgefunden. Danke trotzdem wir haben dass Beste daraus gemacht.
