Luxurious and Comfortable 3-Bedroom Bungalow Style House

The house is well designed and the place is fully furnished with luxurious style to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils, pots, and pans so you can go to the close-by grocery store and cook yourself a meal.

When tired, the luxury King sized bed and mattress in one of the bedrooms will recharge your energy so you get the most out of your time. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with Queen sized beds.

Bathroom essentials are provided and fully functioning bidets installed.

Coffee is on us. With a coffee machine on site, no matter what time of day it is, you coffee needs are taken care of.

High speed internet and smart TV provided.

You have ample space in the driveway to park your vehicles.

Our stay

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. However, there was an abandoned vehicle in the driveway. We tried contacting the owner, one number didn’t work, and the other never responded. Neighbors even called the city since the car was visibly damaged and unrecognizable.The house itself is lovely and spacious. It could benefit from a deeper clean, especially the baseboards and some overlooked areas. A bit more attention to detail would elevate the experience even further. Other than that, it’s a charming home that we truly enjoyed.

Mostly ok

The inside is quite becoming for the most part, layout, size of rooms, furniture. There are however some shortfalls. The lawn was WAY past having attention, about 8 or 9” high. The showers were ok, but didn’t drain so you are standing in 4/5” of water (not fresh). There was limited bedding, lots of sheets but only one very thin blanket for each bed. As well, window coverings were broken up snd could not be maneuvered to get sunshine in. Big thing - indicated washer and dryer (photo on website) but none in sight. Also no supply of essentials ie: paper towel, Kleenex, soap for dishwasher or clothes to do dishes by hand. No attention at all from the owners.

Huge upgrade for us!

We come to Winnipeg annually, and were very impressed with this property. We often shop around for where to stay, but we might just be repeat stayers at this location. In previous years, we have been disappointed with where we stayed due to misrepresentation or lack of “extras” - not the case here! They offered coffee amongst some other basic supplies (to save you some stops before arriving) and the place was spacious and clean. Great for our small group of friends. Thanks for having us!

Potentially a beautiful home but no outside space for kids, lots of prickly weeds and no deck to enjoy the view or outdoor space. Blinds were all broken, we tied them up. Food containers left in oven, full of rotten food. No dishwasher pods or tea towels were supplied Appliances were all VG. Could use more cutlery and bowls and wineglasses, especially for family No hairdryer. And possibly games or cards could be supplied as we have enjoyed that in the past. Not sure if bedding was washed prior to our arrival and vents needed cleaning Glad to have AC. Trails were great. I would stay again if improvements were made.

Came for the Winnipeg Jets / Wild Hockey Game

Perfect for 5 of us. 2 couples & a single. Each couple and single had their own bedroom. Nice having the 2 bathrooms. Living room had ample seating - loved the BIG screen TV & fireplace. Would have liked to have a "dining room" table; but made do. The property worked very well for what we needed it for. Thank you!

Not as advertised

Advertised to sleep 8. A very good thing 2 of the adult children didn’t come as there were no beds for all 8. House has 3 bedrooms and 3 beds so a maximum of 6 people Contacted owner via the vrbo app requesting some ice melt on the steps as they were ice covered but no response and nothing done with the icy steps. Thankfully no mishaps due to the icy steps.

The property was exactly as described.

The location was great for everything we needed to do. We enjoyed the paths around the lakes in the area. The property was clean and the description was very accurate. The living room was great with plenty of room for us all to sit around.

Nice house - no communication from host

Outside needs a lot of tender and care. We were unable to contact the host at any time - see your help desk. Finally the host sent the entry info one hour after we were eligible to enter, resulting in a loss of one night as we weren’t able to start out until the following day from the next Province.

Great new house

The house was beautiful and the view of a pond out back was lovely. We really appreciated the availability of coffee and tea. The were a couple of relatively minor things that need fixing and I'm not sure the manager got my message about them. Other than that I was very pleased with our stay and would do it again.
