"The a/c was cold and the house was clean . We love the location and ease of getting to the beach. Only thing I would have changed would have been being able to use the closets in the king bedrooms. Other than that the place is amazing. We love the huge porch with ocean views. "

"Very lovely beach home. Super clean and adorable. "

"Big house with a huge number of beds. Half a block walk to the beach, and from the deck there is an unobstructed view of sand and water. Quiet part of the peninsula, but you're likely bringing a big enough group to keep you busy!Grill is in bad shape with rust, and the springs are failing on the big couch in the living room, but there are plenty of places to sit and the rest of the property was well-maintained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, loads of outdoor seating on decks and below....

"Beautiful home close to the beach. Clean spacious home that was very well laid out and comfortable. All of the beds were comfortable. The home has a very nice large wrap around porches that give you an ocean view from almost everywhere. Under the home is set up nicely and very spacious. The water pressure was amazing!!! "The place was clean and as avertised. Everything worked and plenty of space for everyone. Location is great as in its a bit private and close to the water with a great view off the balcony. We had a great time and the golf cart rental that came with the place made it even better. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Loved the quiet area! Really enjoyed the neighborhood pool- my boys met some buddies during our stay. Loved how dog friendly the neighborhood was! This was our first vacation with our dog and she loved it! We got a beach pass and drove to the beach each day- could have walked but so much easier to just drive over. Highly recommend for families and dog lovers"

"Check in was easy. Great access to the beach. Wifi was fast . Loved the swings on the bottom deck and the loved the breezeway. Only issue was no grill. "
