"Older beach side property that is exceptionally well maintained. The pool areas are lovely with a warm swimming pool, plenty of seating and a great pool side bar. There were towels available for use at the pool. Breakfast was great and enough choices for us - staff worked really hard to keep the place lovely and food well presented and stocked. "It's a place to crash. Nothing fancy about it. The price reflects the place. I didn't expect much but the check out time is 10 a.m. which is earlier than most. We were putting stuff in the car and had came back in the room to gather the last of our things and do a double check. Knock knock. Check out is 10 we hear. I looked at the time and it was 10:02. I've never had that happen before."

"While the staff did their best in a bad situation, this property was awful. I'm surprised it has the Wyndham name on it. The room was horrible. It smelled musty and felt damp. The finish on the bathtub was peeling away and there was mold. The caulking it and out of the tub was awful. The floor felt unclean on bare feet. The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. You could hardly open the bathroom door without hitting the toilet. It was tiny.
The free breakfast was disgusting. ...

"The pool was out of service. And the people at this motel because it's not a hotel are rude because that their home. I was coming down there stairs with my luggage to leave and one woman pushed past me. I said wow thats rude she responded I live here and your blocking the walk way. I had literally just got down the stairs. There's no wifi, and you have to lift the top of the toilet tank to move the little stick so that the water can fill back in the tank. Oh And Mark the maintenance man lives...

"We arrived late and the attendant was very cordial, she even suggested that we go to Cocoa Village and visit one of the bars so we could watch FIFA. The room was ample and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The shower in the morning was amazing and breakfast had quite a selection. The swimming pool area looked very nice. We spent one night, perfect stay before a cruise."
