"This stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised. While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel. The property was not clean—dust was visible in several places and we also noticed bugs inside. The pool was filled with leaves and clearly not maintained, and the backyard was in poor...

"Check in was SEAMLESS. Access to the home was shared to me in a timely manner. Early check in and late check out options were available and communicated as needed. The home is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups! There was plenty of room for my entire family that was in town to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We will be returning!"

"Loved the space and floor plan. Had a wonderful time with family and friends. I hosted dinner one evening and the space was open and perfect for entertaining. "

"View was beautiful!I don’t think we ever said “I wish his house had…”It is stocked and had everything we needed and more! "

"This property is located close to all the major areas around Buford. We were there for a quick wedding trip and it made a nice place for family to gather."

"It was a very nice house and with it being next to the lake was remote, which made the whole thing feel like it was just ours. I also grew up very close to here so it was nice to feel like I was back home "

"Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!"

"Well furnished, clean, quiet (except for the cicadas, which I don't mind). Easy to get to, the hosts were great communicators. Don't forget to grab some carrots for the horses!"

"More space than any of us could use, could fit way more than the quantity of people listed, owner was super easy to work with, very communicative and made it easy to choose to turn on pool heat last minute. Would definitely rent again! "

"Cozy and a very safe neighborhood! A very clean space and nicely decorated. It was perfect for me between two places I needed to visit often in a daily basis. Carla is very friendly and a great hostess. Excellent communication skills. i had an ac problem in the suite above the garage and she was on it and had a tech fix right away.A great stay "

"House was immaculate when we walked in and was well stocked with all the pots, pans, beach towels, that you would need. Plenty of space to move around and excellent for entertaining with four different dining areas inside and out. We had fun at the dock and one person even caught a catfish. We didn’t need all of the bedrooms, so I turned the bunk room into a yoga space! The office was perfect for my son-in-law who had to work on Friday. Would definitely stay here again!"
