"Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...

"The host couldn’t have been nicer to communicate with, the self check-in was a breeze. The RV was set on a pretty piece of property that was mostly private. Large covered patio with comfortable chairs supplied. The inside was welcoming, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. We hope to visit for our anniversary next year. Oh, we even saw a white peacock which was very special and felt magical. "

"The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done.
