"We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints! It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald "

"Amazing stay! Beautiful mountain views and a few minute walk to bus/train terminal. Could not recommend more. Only downside was reception wasn’t available 24/7 and there was construction going on but other than that it was a great experience."

"Our “Classic Double Room” was so beautiful and spacious with many amenities including cozy bathrobes and a balcony with a gorgeous view, very comfortable bed, separate living room with huge storage space and an extra half bath. The decor was warm and inviting and very elegant with beautiful walls and furniture. The restaurant offers excellent choices and the breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! I can’t wait to come again some day! "

"Aspen is perfect in every way. It is beautiful. The rooms are excellent. The food exceptional. The spa wonderful. And above all, the staff were so unbelievably kind and accommodating. "

"We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Grandhotel Giessbach and wow, what a place! The hotel is certainly grand and is located in the most beautiful location I've ever seen, overlooking Lake Brienz with the Giessbach falls only metres away! The staff were all very pleasant, the breakfast was great, the bar was lovely, the Les Cascades restaurant was lovely, the surrounding park and trails were truly beautiful! However, my only complaint is that we had to pay 15CHF per night for parking....

"Very good experience during our stay at the Grinderwalderhof. I had access to my room even arriving earlier than informed. The parking at the hotel was very convenient. The staff was friendly and gave precise information about the local transportation and places to visit. Very good breakfast. View wonderful from balcony."

"J’ai séjourné 4 nuits dans une chambre supérieure avec un balcon et avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. J’ai tout aimé de cet hôtel. Il est légèrement en retrait de la rue principale donc c’est tranquille et paisible. Il est à proximité de la gare mais la pente est plutôt raide pour monter à l’hôtel. L’hôtel n’est pas moderne mais à tout le charme rustique de la Suisse. C’est propre et bien entretenu. Le lit est confortable, la chambre supérieure est spacieuse en plus du petit coin salon...

The staff made us feel so welcome, and the hotel itself has a warm, inviting charm. But what truly took our breath away was the view from our room. Waking up to those stunning mountains felt like waking up in heaven—an experience that fills you with gratitude. We will always remember our stay here and cannot wait...

"Loved the exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful. The room (panoramic view) was incredible, very spacious with amazing view of Mt. Eiger. Breakfast was tasty. Very walkable in Grindelwald and to/from train station. Stellar stay, I would definitely stay again! "

"We stayed for three days and this hotel was ideal for our purposes. The location is only a few minutes from the train station and a leisurely ten minute walk to the Schilthorn cable cars. The views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau were exceptional…you’ll never have a better view at breakfast. Furnishings and food were on the simpler side — we very much enjoyed our time."
