However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. "I got a lakeview room, and it was THE nicest view that I had in my entire stay in Switzerland. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I wish I'd spent more time at this location, as there is so much to see in the area. The restaurant only served non-alcoholic wine, which I thought was a bit strange."
